1. Information We Collect

ItemLOL ("we", "our", or "us") collects the following information when you use our website:

Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service collects:

• Pages you visit and time spent on each page
• Your general geographic location (country/city level)
• Device and browser information
• How you arrived at our website (referrer)
• Search terms you use on our site
• Interactions with features (sorting, filtering, link clicks)

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Analytics and performance measurement (Google Analytics)
• Remembering your cookie preferences

The visit counter and the feedback form described below do not use cookies.

Visit Counter

The footer shows how many visits ItemLOL has had. The counter runs as a small program on Cloudflare's network (see Third-Party Services below) and keeps only a running total. It does not store your IP address, does not set cookies, and does not build any profile of you. To avoid counting the same browser session twice, your browser keeps a small flag in its session storage for as long as the tab is open (it is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us). To keep the total meaningful, the counter briefly keeps random single-use tokens (no personal data) and a per-minute tally.

Feedback You Send Us

If you use "Send feedback", we receive the following, which we keep separate in this policy because the first group is what you choose to give us and the second is added automatically:

• Information you provide: the message you write, the type you choose (suggestion, bug / incorrect data, other), and your email address only if you enter one (optional, used only to reply to you).
• Information added automatically: the address of the page you were on (including the patch in it), the selected patch, the item filter text and the name of the item you last clicked (to help us understand which item you mean), and the time of the message. For bug reports only, your browser's type and version (user agent).

We do not ask for your name, do not require an account, and do not store your IP address with your feedback. To limit spam, the feedback service keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your address for up to an hour; it cannot be turned back into your address and is not linked to your message.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Improve our website's functionality and user experience
• Understand which features are most valuable to users
• Analyze usage patterns and optimize performance
• Generate aggregate statistics about website usage
• Show a public total of visits to the site
• Read your feedback and, if you gave an email address, reply to it

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with:

• Google Analytics (as described in their Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' data retention policies (default: 26 months). You can learn more about Google's data practices at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Feedback messages are emailed to the site owner; no copy is kept on the website's servers. The email is kept only as long as needed to act on it and reply, and is deleted on request. Messages are not shared with anyone else, apart from the email service (Resend) that delivers them to the owner's mailbox.

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Erasure: Request deletion of your data

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to external services:

• League of Legends Wiki (Fandom): When you click item links
• Riot's Data Dragon: For item images and data
• Cloudflare: The visit counter and the feedback form talk to a small program hosted on Cloudflare's network. As with any web service, Cloudflare handles your request and connection details (such as your IP address) in order to deliver it; ItemLOL does not store your IP address. • Resend: Feedback you choose to send is delivered to the site owner's mailbox through Resend's email service. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

These services have their own privacy policies and are not covered by this policy.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
